Pro Tips...
Clay Masks are unique because they are fast acting. You're getting the astonishing, immediate results that you want.
Clay facial masks perform by absorbing moisture.
More is not better. Begin with a thin layer and then go back and fill in if needed.
Holistic Skincare Professionals typically use them to pull excess oil from the skin -- but left on too long -- the masks will also draw needed moisture (water) from your skin.
Longer is not better. Do not let your mask crack and dry. Remove your mask before this happens.
If you are an esthetician, and you want to give your client a 10-15 minute masking experience; you can do this with warm towels or mask in conjunction with steam. Remove the mask with warm towels before it dries using circular motions.
+ For home use, we recommend masking in a warm shower and allowing the steam and water to keep your mask soft and/or using a warm washcloth placed over the mask while it is on your face. If you can't do this -- it's ok just always remove it while it's still soft and pliable.
