Love Spell Bath Soak

Love is in the air with this modern twist on an old Southern love spell-- rumored to work every time.  This is a spirit lifting love spell blend of romantic floral notes including rose, geranium, jasmine and neroli that will send and attract love wherever you go.

INGREDIENTS:

Mineral Rich Salts, Sodium Bicarbonate, Dendritic Salt, Sweet Almond Oil, Essential Oils, Phthalate-free Fragrance Oils, Flower Petals.

TO USE:

• Draw your water, and turn off the main lights. Close the door. Add some mood music that lends to the feeling of love. Pour your drink of choice, this is all about being kind to yourself. Pour about 1/4 cup into the bath. Swirl the water around.

Try this meditation while you soak:

Begin to notice your breath. Warm coming in and cooler on the exhale. Close your eyes for a moment and imagine your breath coming into and out of your body through your heart center. If it helps, place the quartz on your skin and use your hand to cover the gemstone and your heart center.

Say the word "love" as you breathe in and again as you breathe out.

If you notice your attention drift, just bring it back to your heart center. Be kind to yourself.

Meditate like that for a few minutes. Let everything relax.
