Draw your bath. Toss in a handful or two of Alchemy muscle melt bath blend. Swirl around in the water to dissolve. Light a candle, listen to some relaxing music, or just sit and relax.

Visualize the water pulling the tensions, pains, and burdens of the day away from you.

Soak for at least 20 minutes.

* Listen folks. DO NOT dump this whole thing into one bath, or even half into one bath. I (Dena) did it once not believing the "hype" about certain essential oils. My bath was hot, but my body was -- freezing in areas that should never freeze..and once I got out of the tub -- those areas turned hot. It was funny, but it wasn't cool. It took 2 showers to get it all off. I don't recommend it.
