We believe in honoring our shared planet and each other for a brighter future. If you're here, acknowledge that what you put on your body is as important as what goes into it. We honor that in the way we source our ingredients and craft our products. We also honor the spaces, places and the people we work with.
Angels and Sages does not engage in any form of animal testing. If we ever carry animal parts, furs, etc. as curio and/or craft items -- these will be ethically sourced exclusively from found items in nature and gathered using indigenous practices of honoring both animal and earth.
About Essential Oils and Fragrance Oils:
Many of our products are scented with pure essential oils only and occasionally we blend aromas using both therapeutic essential oils and pure fragrance oil and/or resins to make great smelling products and because essential oils are very concentrated and may cause allergic reactions in some users.
All of our fragrance oils are Phthalate-free. Many fragrances on the market today use phthalates because it makes the scent stronger and it's cheaper for the manufacturer, but these cost savings can cause health problems.
We also use fragrance oils to help with sustainability. It takes a lot of plant material to create essential oils, and some plants are simply not sustainable because the resources are becoming scarce. A well-crafted blend of essential oils and fragrance oils can give you the same aromatherapy benefits without depleting our natural resources.
We clearly state the ingredients in each of our products for you to make the best decision on your products based on your individual needs.
It is our intention to present materials and activities that are respectful of diversity: gender, sexuality, disability, age, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, race, and culture. Your suggestions are encouraged and appreciated.
We are committed to sustainable packaging practices and waste reduction. This is a constant evolution within our company. Angels and Sages will use glass when and where possible, and recyclable plastics in the spaces where glass may not make the most sense from a process, delivery, or customer experience standpoint.
