Pro Tips

This PMS balm can be used a couple of different ways depending on the needs of your clients.

1. Use as an optional add-on service for PMS geared massage by applying a thin layer (always spot test) to the lower back and then apply a heating pad for an extra pop of comfort.

2. If your client is having emotional tension, applying a small amount to pulse points will help downregulate the central nervous system, quickly bringing in a more relaxed mood due to the Clary Sage essential oils and the warming, grounding effects from the Cassia Oil.
